A network your business can stop thinking about
Your network connects everything your business depends on — computers, phones, cameras, card readers, cloud apps. We manage routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless so the internet just works, the Wi-Fi reaches everywhere, and problems get fixed before your staff notices.
What network management covers
Firewall & router management
Business-grade firewalls configured, updated, and monitored — the front door of your network kept locked and current.
Business Wi-Fi that covers the building
Access points placed and tuned for real coverage, separate guest and staff networks, and roaming that doesn't drop calls or devices.
Switching & VLANs
Wired networks segmented sensibly — office, voice, cameras, guest — so traffic stays organized, fast, and contained.
Internet reliability & ISP coordination
When the internet acts up, we troubleshoot, prove where the problem is, and deal with the ISP for you — including failover options for businesses that can't go down.
Network monitoring
We watch the health of network equipment continuously, so a degrading switch or flapping connection gets attention before it becomes an outage.
Documentation & standards
Your network mapped and documented — equipment, addresses, configurations — so nothing lives only in one person's head.
The network is where IT meets everything else
Phones, cameras, access control, payment systems, cloud apps — they all ride the same wires and Wi-Fi. That's why network problems feel like "everything is broken" and why unmanaged networks quietly degrade until they fail. Under managed IT, the network gets the same proactive treatment as your computers: monitored, patched, documented, and fixed at the root.
Built alongside TechPro Security Products
Many of our customers already run TechPro cameras and access control. Our IT side designs networks that carry those systems properly — segmented VLANs for camera traffic, PoE budgets that actually add up, and one team accountable for both the security systems and the network underneath them. No more "the camera vendor blames the network and the network guy blames the cameras."
Frequently asked questions
Can you take over a network someone else built?
Yes — it's the most common starting point. We audit and document what exists, fix the risky parts first, and bring the equipment under management without a rip-and-replace unless it's genuinely needed.
Do you replace our existing equipment?
Only when it's the right call. If your gear is business-grade and supportable, we manage it. If it's consumer equipment past its limits, we'll recommend replacements with clear reasoning and pricing.
Can you fix our Wi-Fi coverage problems?
Yes. We assess coverage in the actual space, then place and tune business access points to eliminate dead zones — including warehouses, multi-floor offices, and outdoor areas.
Do you handle the internet provider for us?
Yes. When there's an outage or a slowdown, we run the diagnostics, open the ticket, and stay on the ISP until it's resolved — your staff never has to sit on hold with the provider.
Our cameras and access control are on the same network — is that a problem?
Often, yes — unsegmented camera traffic can drag down an office network and create security exposure. We design VLANs that keep security systems, voice, and office traffic properly separated. It's an area where our IT and security-products sides work as one team.
