Do we need to be a managed IT customer?
No — though many software customers are, and it helps: we already understand your environment. Software-only projects are welcome.
Who owns the software you build for us?
You're paying for a solution to your business problem, and the arrangement is agreed plainly up front — including code ownership, hosting, and what happens if we ever part ways. No hostage situations.
Can you take over or replace a system someone else built?
