Priced around your environment, not a one-size tier

Managed IT plans are built around your number of workstations, users, locations, cloud services, and support needs. A free assessment sizes it precisely — here's how the pieces work, so there are no surprises.

01In the plan

What a managed plan covers

The foundation every managed customer gets, per covered workstation and user.

  • Help desk & remote support for your team
  • Workstation management — setup, patching, updates
  • Endpoint security & monitoring
  • Network & Wi-Fi management
  • Microsoft 365 / email administration
  • User onboarding & offboarding
  • Client platform access
  • Proactive maintenance & health checks
02Quoted separately

Quoted separately

Costs that depend on your choices and vendors — kept transparent, never buried in the plan.

  • Cloud licensing (Microsoft 365, backup subscriptions)
  • Hardware — computers, network equipment, servers
  • On-site installation work & cabling
  • Major projects — migrations, office moves, server builds
  • Custom software development
  • Third-party vendor charges (ISP, VoIP carriers, software vendors)
03How it works

How we size a plan

01

Free assessment

We review your environment — workstations, users, network, servers, cloud — and what support actually looks like for you today.

02

A plan, in writing

You get a clear proposal: what's covered, what's not, and the monthly number, built from your real workstation and user counts.

03

Predictable from there

The plan flexes as you grow or shrink — add a hire, add a workstation. Projects and hardware are always quoted before work starts.

04FAQ

Pricing questions, answered straight

How is the monthly price determined?

Primarily by your number of managed workstations and users, adjusted for locations, servers, and the complexity of your environment. The free assessment produces an exact number — no estimating games.

Are there long-term contracts?

We'll go over terms plainly during your proposal. Our goal is customers who stay because the service earns it — not because a contract traps them.

What's NOT included in the monthly plan?

Cloud licensing, hardware, on-site installation work, major projects, custom software development, and third-party vendor costs are quoted separately, in advance. The plan covers the ongoing management and support.

Do you require a minimum number of computers?

No hard minimum — but managed IT fits best from roughly five workstations up. Smaller than that, we'll tell you honestly what makes sense.

What about custom software pricing?

Custom development is always a separately scoped project with a defined price before we write code. See our custom software page for how projects run.
