Microsoft 365 managed like the business system it is
Email, files, calendars, Teams — for most businesses, Microsoft 365 is the business. We manage your tenant properly: accounts and licenses, shared mailboxes, permissions, security settings, OneDrive and SharePoint, and the migrations and cleanups most offices have been putting off.
What Microsoft 365 management covers
User & license management
Accounts created, changed, and removed promptly; licenses right-sized so you're not paying for seats nobody uses.
Email & shared mailboxes
Distribution lists, shared mailboxes, aliases, forwarding, and delegation set up cleanly — and fixed when they tangle.
Tenant security
MFA enforced, sign-in policies tuned, mailbox rules audited, and the security defaults most tenants never had turned on.
OneDrive & SharePoint
Company files organized, permissions that match how you actually work, and staff who know where things live.
Email migrations
Moves from old hosts, Google Workspace, or aging on-site Exchange into Microsoft 365 — planned, communicated, and done over a weekend, not a month.
Backup of cloud data
Microsoft hosts your data; it doesn't archive it forever. We coordinate proper backup of mailboxes and files for real retention.
Email is the front door of your business
It's where customers reach you, where invoices arrive, where password resets land, and where attackers knock first. Managing Microsoft 365 properly — security settings, accounts, permissions, backup — protects the single system every other system depends on.
The cleanup most tenants need
Most businesses adopted Microsoft 365 years ago and never revisited it. Stale accounts from former staff, shared passwords, unmanaged forwarding rules, and unused licenses accumulate quietly. The first thing we do is a tenant review: what exists, what's risky, what's wasted — then we fix it and keep it fixed as part of managed IT.
Frequently asked questions
Can you migrate us to Microsoft 365 without losing email?
Yes. Migrations are planned and staged: mail, contacts, and calendars move over, cutover happens at an agreed moment (usually a weekend), and old mail keeps flowing to the right place. Your staff arrives Monday to working email.
We already have Microsoft 365 — what would you actually manage?
Most self-managed tenants have quiet problems: no MFA, stale accounts, over-permissioned files, unused licenses, no backup. We audit, fix, and then keep it managed as part of your IT plan.
Are Microsoft 365 licenses included in managed IT?
License subscriptions are billed separately — they're Microsoft's product — but we manage them for you: right plans, right counts, and adjustments as your team changes.
Do you support Google Workspace too?
Yes — we support businesses on Google Workspace, and we handle migrations in either direction when there's a good reason to move.
Is our Microsoft 365 data backed up automatically?
Not the way most people assume. Microsoft provides resilience, not long-term backup — deleted items eventually purge. We coordinate third-party backup for mailboxes, OneDrive, and SharePoint where retention matters.
